Our client is a leading global engineering, architecture, and consulting firm, providing expertise and sustainable solutions to clients and partners. We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a crucial role in implementing DevOps processes and toolchains for Digital & Innovation teams across all business units. This position will be based out of Chennai, India, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Digital & Innovation teams, offering guidance and support on DevOps practices
• Managing DevOps toolchain-related incidents and requests
• Contributing to the design, pilot, and implementation of new DevOps tools in line with our strategy and roadmap
• Promoting DevOps evolution by introducing new ideas and practices
• Spreading DevOps principles and practices throughout the organization

Requirements for this role include:

• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
• Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in a DevOps role
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Technical proficiency in Linux/Unix, PowerShell/Bash, Azure DevOps (Azure Pipeline), Gitlab CI, GitHub, Artifactory, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (preferably Azure and Ansible), DevSecOps (SonarQube), monitoring (Splunk), and Azure and/or GCP work experience
