About the Role:

• My client is in the seek out for a Senior Sales Director in the US to join their team and drive sales through Business Development and acquisition of new logos (Hunting) within the targeted region.
• Ideally being an Hunter, your primary focus will be to identify and secure new business opportunities by selling cutting edge IT and digital transformation services to enterprise clients and build valuable relationships at the CXO level with the sole aim to drive revenue growth.
• Although identifying business opportunities will be the key focus, you will also be responsible to build the sales organization in collaboration with the leadership team.
• With a highly skilled tech delivery team by your side, your sole focus will be to embark on the hunt for fresh opportunities, while our delivery teams ensures the delivery of top-notch IT services to our valued customers

Key Requirements:

• A self-starter, with a proven track record with 15-20 years of successful sales and business development experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in "hunting" for new clients and securing new business opportunities.
• A strong background in selling technology and IT services to verticals, particularly in Retail, CPG, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Exceptional ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and CIO-1 level executives.
