1. Operational Management

Supervise hub staff, drivers, and handling teams.
Allocate resources effectively to manage peak and non-peak volumes.
Conduct regular team briefings and ensure compliance with safety standards.
3. Process & Compliance
Ensure 100% compliance to operational SOPs.
Monitor weight, volumetric checks, and shipment handling standards.
Maintain documentation and support audits. Customer & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with network, line haul, and client teams for smooth operations.
Provide timely updates on exceptions or delays.
Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution. Performance & Cost Control
Track KPIs like on-time departure, on time unloading, vehicle utilization, and cost per shipment.
Reduce damages, losses, and reprocessing through strict control.
Optimize manpower and vendor resources.
