Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Follow up with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.
- Research and develop recruiting leads.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter
- 3+ years of experience in the recruitment.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Proven working experience in recruiting
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office and related business tools
- Strong social skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to continually self-educate.
