6–12 years of experience in Java backend development.

Strong experience with Vert.X.

Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, and non-blocking I/O.

Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
