Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide range of transactional legal business support issues, including contract review, drafting and negotiation;
• Preparing legal opinions on various legal issues arising in areas of the Company's business, including medical activities and activities in connection with the compulsory health insurance system;
• Drafting and negotiating various M&A and corporate law agreements and arrangements;
• Dispute resolution: representation of the Company's interests in courts; general management of possible disputes with third parties (including preparation of the Company's strategic position, drafting of documents (claims, responses to claims, etc.))
• Legal support in licensing;
• Review of contracts related to activities in the compulsory health insurance system and supplemental agreements thereto;
• Coordination of other legal matters such as regulatory, employment, litigation, etc., with outside counsel;
• Ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, compliance and corporate governance policies;
• Providing legal support for audits performed on the Company by health insurance organizations, territorial mandatory health insurance funds, state and municipal authorities.

Requirements:

• Higher education ;
• Knowledge of legal aspects of medical services, peculiarities of medical insurance;
• More than 3 years of relevant post qualification experience, including experience of legal support of medical activities and activities related to the system of compulsory health insurance;
• English - at least Upper- Intermediate;
• Good understanding of business related facts.
