About the role:
As a Sales lead, you will help to develop new business, improve the client onboarding process, increase retention, and identify opportunities to upsell services. Your efforts will be instrumental in establishing and executing the strategy that will serve as the foundation of our client-facing activities in the US.
Requirement:
- 10 – 15 years of sales in ITES/BPO/KPO Sectors.
- Understand Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing).
- A history of achievement/overachievement of sales targets
- Must be well-networked and have dealt/interacted successfully with senior leaders (Directors, VPs and CXOs) of leading organizations
- Pricing negotiations – support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Manage the relationship with the client post-contract closure to ensure that the relationship remains on track.
- Build and manage relationships with leading Third-Party Advisors and the Analyst Community.
