My client who is a reputed multi-billion dollar company with a GIC in Chennai looking to hire a Senior Digital Manager Technology with strong exposure in java/j2ee with Microservices, DevOps (site development) & azure deployment.

Job Description :

Responsible for leading and managing technical team with focus on app/product development. Works with Internal and external parties to develop and maintain secure, and scalable app

 Prepare detailed project plans and strategies for the implementation of engagement within the standards of project management methodologies

Track and monitor the progress of all the sprints; Identify and manage risks

 Need to work collaboratively with all the stakeholders including Business & product owners to make sure that it meets the functional expectations

 Communicate to all levels of management project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential issues

Provide direction to project teams including assigning individual responsibilities, tasks, and technical functions

 Explore opportunities for continuous improvement in the product/solution and drive it to closure

 Explore opportunities for Innovation, do POCs or Pilots and scale it for full scale delivery

Desired Candidate :

Graduate/Post-graduate in Computer Science/Computer Applications with Minimum of 12 to15 years of  experience in managing IT projects end to end especially in Digital App/Product development

Experience in Java/J2EE with MSA architecture & Experience in AEM Stack – Site Development

 Should be familiar with Azure deployment using Dockers/Kubernates 

 Lead the definition of DevOps model including continuous integration and testing in an agile

development environment

Extensive technical knowledge with a broad exposure to tools, techniques, and industry standards to

apply in the creation of estimates, designs, and architectures

 Proven experience in Agile Project Management

 Should have good experience on building Digital apps/products

Manage and work relationship with the client and all stakeholders and ability to minimize project risks

 Excellent work ethics with a strong penchant for working in a challenging environment

Strong system analysis and design skills and demonstrated ability in rolling out solution development

tools within an organization are necessary

Excellent communication and comprehension skills, conflict resolution skills, ability to interact and deal

with people across different levels, willingness to stretch, flexible with travel basis business needs.
