About the role:

We are currently hiring for the role of a Senior Manager - ERP Applications as part of our client's well established EBA team in Hyderabad. We are ideally looking for a senior candidate with 15+ years of experience in delivering End-to-End implementations & rollouts in Oracle ERP modules such as HCM, SCM, FIN etc for large global organizations/ customers, successfully managing the delivery & deployments of Oracle Cloud Applications projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire right talent, build required competencies, and deliver projects/rollouts in HCM, Fin & SCM tracks.
• Manage the deployement of Oracle SaaS/ Fusion Applications projects in the Oracle HCM & FSCM domains.
• Work with global customers and stakeholders to confirm scope and goals, objectives and business justification, secure resources (people and budget) and re-iterate the mandate for projects.
• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation agenda for Enterprise Business Applications to improve existing business process using Test & Process Automation, ChatBots, PaaS Extensions, Blockchain etc.
• Travel to client sites as required.
