We are looking for a Senior Manager - Organization Development, to be part of my client's Global Innovation Center (GIC), in Chennai who has good experience in Organisation Development, Learning and Development, and Talent Development.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible to provide global HR support to all business units and locations around the world with my client's operations. Also, various other responsibilities such as:

• focuses on building best practices on systems, 
• processes policies and standards related to organization development, 
• facilitating organization development interventions and initiatives, 
• leading global HR projects, 
• providing professional consulting services to the local and regional HR business partners, 
• designing/implementing customized solutions with HRBP to meet business needs, 
• developing the HR professional skills of the HR team members globally and acting as a change catalyst to drive organizational effectiveness.
