Our client is a well established and highly successful Multibillion dollar company operating in more than 70 countries across the globe. They have their successful and stable Global Innovation Center based out of Chennai which is now more than 10 years old.
Role: Senior Manager - Service Level Management & Governance
Experience: 12 to 18 years
Location: Chennai
Notice Period: 60 days or lesser
What will you do?
- The Service Level Manager is responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and finalising contracts and agreements between the service provider and the customers.
- Build effective relationship with customer representatives, works closely with the leadership teams to understand the service implications, cost, functionality of the service etc.
- Translate the business requirements from the customers into service level requests, manage and track the timelines, own the governance, and process audits, publish reports and dashboards to the management in frequent intervals.
Whom are we looking for?
- Postgraduate (preferably from a premier institute) with at least 12 years of experience overall, and at least 5+ years of experience in handling Service Levels Management / Contracts / Governance
-Experience building and managing teams with a wide coverage (worked with teams managing customers across different regions)
-Experience in working on ServiceNow or similar tools
