Senior Manager / Director – Ad Ops & Yield

You will own ad operations and yield optimisation, ensuring maximum revenue extraction from platform inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage programmatic stack (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges)
- Improve fill rates, CPMs, and overall yield
- Work with data teams to optimise monetisation performance
- Implement scalable ad operations frameworks
Must-have attributes:
- Strong expertise in programmatic ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with yield optimisation and inventory monetisation
- Data-driven mindset with ability to link ops → revenue
- Experience in adtech platforms / publishers
