Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop and execute talent strategies.
Advise senior management on organizational priorities.
Foster a high-performance culture.
Facilitate employee engagement and interventions.
Manage rewards, performance, and leadership programs.
Align talent initiatives with central goals.
Be the main point of contact for employee lifecycle.
Drive cross-functional projects.
Create and run employee engagement programs.
Oversee and collaborate on hiring for the business unit.
Lead HR for the location in Business partnering space.
Desired Profile :
7-10 years experienced HR professional with exposure in of fast-paced environments.
Hands-on on Talent Management strategies & Initiatives, implementing R & R programs,
Performance Management Strategies.
Collaborating and working within HR teams L& D, HR Transformations etc.
Tech Services industry knowledge, high-performance culture, and hiring expertise.
Skilled in building and sustaining stakeholder relationships.
Energetic and innovative with industry expertise.
Holds a Master's or equivalent degree in HR or Business Management from a top-tier B-school this is must.
Candidates from IT Services or Technology companies preferred.
