Position Overview:

The Senior Plant Controller is a strategic partner in the plant's management team, responsible for the financial leadership of the Indiana plant. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and financial analysis. The Senior Plant Controller will oversee the plant's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in a plant controller or senior finance role.

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting in a manufacturing setting.

• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
