What you’ll do ● Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining and data visualization with a goal of improving user experience and business results and share insights with product and business teams ● Own the implementation of data collection and tracking with help from the engineering and product teams to ensure we collect data in the right way ● Build rigour in our A/B testing methodology and establish guidelines and best practices ● Do focused analysis using different data sources to go deeper into specific problems and generate insights and recommendations ● Influence PMs, engineers and business stakeholders through communicating across the organization in a clear and compelling way
Who you are ● B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree ● Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities ● 3+ years of full time analytics experience, including at least 2 years of in-depth experience working on Google or Adobe Analytics ● Hands-on experience with deep-dive analysis of A/B and multivariate testing ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills ● Take initiative and not be bogged down by the lack of an existing process or resource.
