As the Senior Product Manager - Purchase Order (PO) matching, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap for the PO matching product. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of product features, with a focus on areas such as Procurement, Requisitions, Purchase order Management, Auto Receiving, ERP sync.
Responsibilities:
● Understand customer needs through market research, user feedback, analytics, and competitive analysis; Translate these insights into innovative features and clear product requirements related to the procurement process, focusing on requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management.
● Spearhead the development of features for requisition management, covering requisition creation, approval workflows, and intelligent suggestions based on purchasing patterns.
● Implement features facilitating custom workflows within PO management, accommodating diverse organizational requirements and approval processes.
● Drive the development and execution of features related to Auto Receiving, emphasizing a seamless and automated process for reconciling received goods with purchase orders.
● Act as a bridge between customers, channel partners, and internal engineering teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment
● Guide and collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
● Evaluate, propose, and lead the implementation of new product opportunities to expand or enhance our portfolio.
● Ensure internal stakeholders are well-trained and informed about the capabilities and usage of features.
Qualifications:
● At least 3-4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on procurement, requisitions, and purchase order management.
● Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience in developing features that sync seamlessly with such systems.
● Demonstrated success in driving the development and launch of innovative product features
● Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
● Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
● Collaborate seamlessly with our North America-based teams, fostering a cohesive and collaborative working environment across time zones.
