Senior Recruiter

The role:

In your role as Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from shaping a Job Specification, to the acceptance of the offer by the selected candidate.

You will be part of a dynamic team and feel energized working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse set of clients from UK and European companies.

The candidate:

•             Proven ability to recruit candidates for a variety of companies in multiple industries in a variety of roles and industries;

•             Ability to successfully engage with senior candidates and stakeholders;

•             5+ years in recruiting in a corporate or agency environment – experience in hiring generally as well as technology roles;

•             Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills - we’ll be juggling many roles at once;

•             Romanian native; excellent communication in English - both written and verbal;

•             A sound understanding of and experience with relevant hiring tech platforms would be beneficial.
