Due to phenomenal growth ANTAL INTERNATIONAL is looking for a professional, experienced Recruiter with a passion for business development and a focus on long term partnerships with external clients and internal stakeholders. ANTAL INTERNATIONAL  is a successful and collaborative team focused on mid-senior level hires predominantly within ACCOUNTING & FINANCE. You will have autonomy to work across a variety of industry sectors in both the Public and Private Sectors.

YOU

You are a high performing, energetic, charismatic, 'can-doer' kinda person that knows what a great accounting candidate looks like (especially in the top 20 accountancy firms or Fintech). You like nothing more than ignoring obstacles or going through them or around them. You are quite frustrated right now in your role as your route to career progress is slowing down or being blocked. You want international exposure, (using your language ability wherever possible) with the opportunity of opening an office anywhere in Europe and beyond (particularly MENA)

CHALLENGE

Hire, coach, mentor and motivate a team of like-minded achievers to grow accountancy recruitment across Europe, Scandinavia, MENA and more. You will have total responsibility for their success but will also get the recognition and rewards that accompanies such high levels of challenge. Proposed office openings include but not limited to: Helsinki, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Baku, Berlin, Munich, Dussledorf, Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait. This is the opportunity in international recruitment that you have been waiting for.
