What You'll Do

✔ Build advanced statistical and econometric models to drive pricing and promotion strategies

✔ Develop and deploy Hierarchical Bayesian Models for commercial decision-making

✔ Analyze large-scale Retail POS and syndicated data to generate actionable business insights

✔ Design solutions around:

• Price Elasticity
• Promotion Effectiveness
• Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
• Price-Pack Architecture (PPA)
• Assortment & Portfolio Optimization

✔ Present complex analytical findings to senior business stakeholders in a simple, impactful manner

✔ Collaborate with commercial, marketing, sales, and category management teams across global markets

What We're Looking For

✅ Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline

✅ 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within CPG/FMCG environments

✅ Strong expertise in:

• Econometric Modeling
• Statistical Modeling
• Hierarchical Bayesian Modeling
• Pricing & Promotion Analytics
• Revenue Growth Management

✅ Proven experience building models using Retail POS / Scanner Data

✅ Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences

✅ Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
