Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize promotional strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Provide insights to guide product development and positioning.
- Customer Engagement: Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality product offerings and responsive service. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and manage inventory levels efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in the Electronic Consumer Durables industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
