Headquartered in the USA, with offices around the world, several wholly owned manufacturing facilities in Asia, and dedicated engineering and design teams, the company partners with globally recognized brands to design and create secondary packaging. 

Description 
To increase sales and brand awareness in France, our client is looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Manager. A chance to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will focus on building long-term relationships with new customers and will bring their own network and contacts. This is a full-time position that will require you to be located in the Paris area and will report to the Managing Director in New York.
 
Responsibilities include
- Proactively prospect for new leads and schedule video and in-person meetings  
- Anticipate the needs of clients and recommend new products by articulating their capabilities 
- Create meaningful and strong customer relationships
- Oversee projects and production from prospecting through final delivery
- Work closely with our project managers, production facilities and teams in China and France

The ideal candidate: 
- Must be experienced, with strong existing relationships and accounts within the industry 
- Must be able to work independently while using the tools to communicate with the internal teams in New York and in China. 
- Utilizes proactive selling and closing techniques 
- Prioritizes account visits and face-to-face meetings
- Uses technology (MS365, CRM, ERP) and data as a valuable tool to stay organized and up to date
- Thinks creatively about the brand. Draws inspiration from across industries. 
- Has a record of accomplishment of developing and executing sales strategies based on KPIs

Other requirements: 
- At least 8-10 years of experience in the sale of luxury secondary packaging preferably produced in Asia
- Based in the Paris area 
- Ability to work remotely and in the office
- Excellent English and French communication skills required
- Bac +3 minimum (License, Master)

Salary package:
- Base salary +/- 95k€
- Commission on sales 
- Performance Bonus
