What will you be responsible for?

· Build, grow, and nurture a team of talented developers working on next generation applications based on Citrix technology

· Work as a key member of a tightknit leadership team to create a high performing team that will drive necessary change and leadership, in a consistent way, throughout the organization

Who are we looking for?

· 10+ years of leadership experience, leading technical teams in a complex environment

· Experience of application delivered through Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop or any virtual desktop environment. Knowledge on Citrix Cloud / Citrix Workspace

· Experience using Citrix app layering that are delivered to a Windows 10 virtual desktop VM or to a Windows Server VM

· Must have delivery experience in leading large enterprise development projects with a product development background

· Experience with applications migration and virtual desktops to Azure

· Must have understanding on Cloud Strategy, Infrastructure as a code

· Experience working in Agile/sprints in a global team setup
