Position: Senior Service Manager
Location: New Delhi
Reports To: Technical Head
Product Segment: In-vitro Diagnostics (Instruments, Test kits & Reagent)

Responsibilities:
- To ensure proper tracking of open issues and closure w.r.t instruments.
- To design training modules for sales team.
- To provide trainings to employees & customers as per training modules.
- To guide team as and when required.
- To send daily reports as per company policy.
- Any other responsibility may be added by the company as per situation.
Mandatory Requisites:
- Experience: 15 years
- Education: Diploma in Electronics and Communication/ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication.
- Skills:
- Should have good communication skills (written and oral) in English, and multilingual skills would be an added advantage, along with good interpersonal, negotiation, leadership & persuasion skills.
- Should have a strong flair for customer support, with ability to do trouble shooting with the range of instruments in the plant and at customer’s end. The profile requires willingness to demonstrate the instrument to the customer and be comfortable in interaction with them at various levels.
- Should be willing to travel to customer sites when required.
