Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to create visually stunning designs that elicit a positive response from users.
2. Design wireframes, visual designs, and interactions for web, email, and mobile applications across different devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop).
3. Contribute to the development and maintenance of Paperflite's design language, ensuring consistency and standardization in design.
4. Facilitate design sprints to identify solutions for user problems within set timeframes.
5. Present designs confidently and effectively communicate design strategies, rationale, and perspectives to partners across various organizations and levels.

Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years of experience designing web and mobile applications/platforms.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite and wireframing tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
3. Passion for creating beautiful, usable, and accessible web experiences that leave a lasting impact on users.
4. Strong understanding of UX processes and usability principles.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred, but self-taught designers with a strong portfolio and relevant experience will be considered.
