Responsibilities:

• Forecast for wh operations and analysis (plan \ result)

• Development of measures and processes aimed at optimization and reduction of logistics costs

• Management of LSP provider, make sure all instructions and rules are followed by the warehouse LSP, control WH KPI

• Prepare and confirm with LSP daily loading \ uloading schedue based on loading \ unloading timeframe confrmed with LSP

• Hold register of all warehouse operations & orders

• Daily shipment monitor and provide daily shipment result report

• Delivery to customer tracing & troubleshooting, daily delivery report, track late or lost outbound shipments

• Truck space usage control

• Reporting (daily \ weekly KPI, delivery tracing, on-time shipment, repacking etc)

• WH stock consistency control between SAP and LSP data for all warehouses (DME, Online WH and SOH), Monthly \ quarterly system stock check

• Stock transfer control between warehouses, make sure all physical goods movements are reflected in system

• Shipments \ stock discrepancy control - missing \ over goods management

• Check and report goods aging, involve in aging clearance

• Packaging order and repacking control

• Control documents return by warehouse & transport LSP

• Check damaged goods status regularly and control If such goods are classified correctly according to quality criteria

• WH / transportation claim resolution

• Organizes teamwork to improve the current processes, working methods and systems to reduce costs and increase the productivity of warehouses

• Distribution of roles and responsibilities in the group to achieve maximum productivity

Requirements:

• Higher education

• computer literacy with very good Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, analysis reports)

• experience in similar position in international company not less than 5 years

• excellent knowledge of SAP SD \ MM modules

• command of English
