Job Description: Senior WordPress Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior WordPress Architect to join our client. As a Senior WordPress Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure WordPress solutions. You must have a minimum of 16 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience specifically with WordPress.

Responsibilities:
- Design and architect WordPress-based solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop system designs and make architectural decisions.
- Utilize your expertise in AWS and the latest technologies to create scalable and efficient solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
- Perform code reviews, code quality checks, and troubleshoot and fix issues as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements.
- Embrace agile methodologies and participate in agile development processes.
- Interface with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any technical concerns.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 16 years of overall experience in software development.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience with WordPress, including customization and plugin development.
- Proven experience as an architect, with 3 to 4 years in an architect role.
- Strong knowledge of open-source technologies, including WordPress, PHP, AWS, and Google Ad Manager.
- Ability to make sound system design and architectural decisions using AWS and the latest technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor team members technically, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Proficient in conducting code reviews, performing code quality checks, and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work in an agile development environment.
- Experience interfacing directly with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing technical solutions.

Nice to Have:
- Willingness and flexibility to learn and work with the latest tech stacks such as Node.js, React, or Angular.
