Our client, a global IT services company, is looking for a strong SERVICE ARCHITECT

The Services Architect is a service solution crafter for clients and they assist with identification of services sales.

The individual may focus on a particular area or service domain or work across various services, providing service solutions that meet the company and client objectives.

The primary objective of a Services Architect is to position the maintenance, support and operate services within existing and prospective clients. They develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business needs and technology or service strategy and use this to define and build a managed service that aligns with the client’s business and technology objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French
• Good negotiation, presentation and commercial skills
• Experience in Application / Infrastructure and Service offerings / Managed Services.
• The ability to work efficiently and achieve tight deadlines under pressure
• The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, contributing to their success
• A sales-oriented approach with high levels of motivation
• ITIL knowledge
