Responsibilities:
-Testing, programming, start-up, commissioning of brand food equipment.
-Performance of works on inspection, commissioning, maintenance, repair and modernization of equipment.
-Consultation of customers on all issues related to the equipment being the object of work.
-Controlling updates regarding installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of food equipment control systems.
-Represented the Company in communication with the Customer.
-Filling out appropriate documents confirming the fact that the work has been performed.
-Strict adherence to the work schedule as determined by the Employer.
-Compliance with all safety rules and requirements stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and technical documentation for the equipment.
-Ensuring the timely submission of all necessary documents and reports.
-Conducting theoretical and practical training for the Customer's service personnel.
-Maintaining sales by communicating information about possible customer needs.
-Promoting the Company's services and products.
-Timely informing customers and the Company of the need for repairs and other work.
Requirements.
-Knowledge of basic operating principles of food processing equipment in production.
-Ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams, plans and specifications.
-Ability to handle tools necessary to perform job duties.
-Technical education.
-Mission trips -up to 70% of working hours.
-Knowledge of basic automation, electrics, hydraulics, mechanics.
-Knowledge of English/German language (as an advantage).
