Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain business relationships with customers, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, invitations to trade shows held;
- Creating a work plan for repair and maintenance of equipment in the region;
- Preparation of solutions for improving the operation of the equipment installed at the customer;
- Preparation of commercial proposals for the customer (new equipment, repair, service, installation, spare parts);
- Organization and conduct of audits and diagnosis of equipment, organization and conduct of operational repairs and service-technical maintenance of equipment;
- Organization and carrying out installation, commissioning of new equipment;
- Preparing reports on performed work with recommendations and list of necessary spare parts;
- Training of customer engineers to work with equipment.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time;
- Experience in communicating with customers, advising on equipment and services; Experience in sales of equipment will be an advantage;
- Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office programs;
- Experience in manufacturing, knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation and control;
Conditions:
- Fixed salary;
- Quarterly / annual bonus up to 20% of annual income;
