Organization Background:

The Technology Engineering and Ops team provides foundational infrastructure of Cloud Services, Network Connectivity, Data Center Hosting, Voice, Collaboration Applications, and End User Computing enables our caregivers, patients, physicians, and Community Technology partners to achieve our mission. We drive Cloud migrations, Network modernization and infra modernization across the company.

What will you be responsible for?

· Managing, configuring and updating Citrix Application Delivery Controllers (ADC) / NetScalers, Patching, VIP additions, migrations, removals and upgrades

· Managing the Citrix hybrid infrastructure hosted between on-premises and the Azure Cloud

· Experience in implementing Citrix performance optimization, scalability, security, high-availability, monitoring, printing, connectivity, and group policy

· Managing application configuration and deployment of AppV packages with the Citrix infrastructure

· Assisting users using the remote sessions who are facing issue while consuming the Citrix hosted applications

What would your day look like?

· Citrix Application Delivery Controllers (ADC) / NetScalers, Patching, VIP additions, migrations and upgrades

· Managing and administering the multiple high availability Citrix Farms using Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop 7.x

· Managing, Configuration and Deploying AppV applications via Citrix

· Work with Citrix Director and managing the remote sessions to assist caregiver with issues

· Demonstrating engineering mindset and automating operations tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell

· Documenting and sharing operating processes and procedures

Who are we looking for?

· Minimum 4-7 years of experience in managing the Citrix on-premises and Cloud infrastructure

· Experience in managing and deploying multiple high availability Citrix Farms using Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop 7.x

· Citrix AppLayering, knowing the difference between OSLayer, AppLayers, and the Platform layer

· 2-4 years of experience working in cloud technologies such as Azure /AWS /Google cloud service

· Ability to troubleshoot technical problems, demonstrate problem solving

· Ability to effectively communicate and excellent interpersonal skills

· Experience working in Agile/sprints in a global team setup

· Working in Shift model to support users working in global geographies

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or IS
