Job Description:

Organization Background:

The Cloud Engineering and Ops team drives cloud migrations, engineering and OnPrem hosting, compute, storage data protection, data engineering for the Technology, Engineering & Operations organization. We support OnPrem and Azure cloud infra running Windows, Linux VM’s and SQL, Oracle databases.

What will you be responsible for?

• Enterprise patching for Windows and Linux servers using SCCM
• Able to handle First Point escalations and Process Escalations
• Learn and Implement next Gen Patching tools and Process in OnPrem and Cloud
• Bring Engineering and Automation skillsets

What would your day look like?

• Troubleshooting patching issues in Windows and Linux environments
• Understanding of network, system, and application security
• Work in a DEVOPS / Agile framework
• Have experience on Orchestration tools like SCORCH etc
• Developing toolsets and scripts to automate patching and vulnerability management process
• Work on Vulnerability Management and Remediation process for increasing compliance
• Drive Get Current and Stay Current Initiatives for Compliance
• Proficient in Scripting and Automation platforms like PowerShell, Python, Ansible etc
• Work on projects and stakeholder management, reporting & dashboards

Who are we looking for?

• 4-7 years of experience in managing enterprise patching, vulnerability management
• Understanding of SCCM architecture, including configuration files.
• Expertise in Vulnerability manageability process and implementation
• Understanding of Azure or another cloud technologies
• Proficiency in any Scripts -SQL, PowerShell, Ansible, VB Script, Python etc
• Troubleshoot and support SCCM Platform and associated topologies on multiple operating systems (Windows/Unix/Linux).
• Ability to work in ambiguous work environment with global team setup
• Experience working in feature crew model, knowledge of Agile framework
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement
• Able to Plan, execute and present impactful work to Sr Leadership
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence
