Position: Service Manager
Product Segment: Radiology
Reporting to: General Manager - Sales and marketing
Location: Banglore, Karnataka
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the biomedical service industry.
Education: B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring service engineers' activities in the respective zone, Team members Coaching, and Management.

Providing periodic maintenance services like Breakdown, Preventive and Calibration, timely resolution for equipment malfunction, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electronic and electromechanical equipment and site service.

Building Customer Relationships and Maintaining Key accounts and strengthening customer ties by timely follow–up, providing support to the customers.

Monitoring the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and customer satisfaction standards.

Through the regional service team arrange installation of new machines as per the commitment, provide Preventive Maintenance for the MIF under warranty, Acquire After Service Contract such as CMC & AMC based on the sales records, Manage the Service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting.

Budgetary Planning of annual R&M (Repair and Maintenance) equipment-wise, Institution wise for the purpose of the budget requirement.

Analysis of Individual equipment maintenance expenditure incurred in the current Financial Year along with a required projection of the next financial year.
Mandatory Requisites:
-
Product experience: Mobile C Arms, Digital Radiography Systems, Mobile Digital Radiography Systems, HF X-Rays

Knowledge: strong Installation, repairing, calibration, and maintenance of Medical equipment.

Travel: Extensively across India.

Skills: Skilled in Man Management Handling and Team Building, Positive approach to work, build and sustain relationships with customers, Excellent communication skills, Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
