Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily shift operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and team supervision
• Ensure adherence to operational KPIs – productivity, accuracy, and safety
• Lead, motivate, and manage on-ground teams to ensure high performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams like inventory, logistics, and customer support
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Handle real-time operational challenges and provide effective resolutions
• Maintain shift reports, attendance, and operational dashboards

What We’re Looking for:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a plus)
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce FC or dark store operations
• Pharma industry experience is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with shift-based work schedules

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with warehouse/inventory management systems
• Understanding of last-mile delivery processes
