• Bachelor degree in Marketing, communications or related field
• Previous work experience at least 5 years in highly preferred company, in marketing, social media management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with influencers.
• Proficient in using analytics tools to assess compain performance and make data- driven decisions
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills 
• Flexibility to adapt strategies based on evolving social media landscapes and brand objectives
• Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships within the influencer community
