Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in social media management and strategy
• Proven ability to drive long-term social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior and mid-level team members
• Expertise in planning and executing campaign calendars, brand launches, and digital activations
• Strong analytical skills in evaluating content performance, audience behavior, and competitive landscape
• Ability to coordinate with content, design, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns
• Experience in identifying and managing influencer partnerships and user-generated content opportunities
• Skilled in leading brand response management, crisis communication, and tone-of-voice training
• Proficient in presenting performance reports and strategic insights to internal teams and clients
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Strong grasp of social media trends, formats, and cross-platform content adaptations
• Experience in brand storytelling and blending organic and paid media strategies
• Thought leadership and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging to suit different brand voices and target audiences
• Strong skills in team mentoring, leadership, and conflict resolution
