Our Client is a global FMCG company headquartered in the UK and they have their GIC global innovation centre based out of Hyderabad.
As a Solution Architect - Veeva CRM will be reporting to the Global IT Director and is to manage the Veeva CRM solution lifecycle management including designing Veeva CRM architecture, managing release and guiding 3rd party partners for ongoing support and enhancement.
Responsibilities
· Work as Veeva CRM solution architect with BRMs and business stakeholders to provide best practice solutions and assess options
· Support and lead the development of a blueprint to achieve standardized solutions such as Veeva CRM and Salesforce within Reckitt to simplify the change process going forward. This includes business process maps, data flows and integration points
· Provide and lead integration between Veeva CRM and other channel applications
· Act as SME for application and provide input/guidance/support to Project teams
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree with more than 8+ years of experience in field force CRM, such as Veeva CRM and Salesforce sales cloud.
· Proven track record of expertise in solutions used for field force CRM and omnichannel engagement in the medical (HCPs and HCOs) and Pharmacy channels.
· The global large-scale project implementation experience in the above process areas is needed on the technical platforms including but not limited to SaaS platforms Veeva CRM, Salesforce and IQVIA
· Experience in working with and influencing senior stakeholders to balance business needs with IT standards and processes
· Self-driven with a passion for customer relationship management and omni-channel engagement
· Technical knowledge with Veeva CRM and Salesforce
· Extensive experience of working in a mixed Waterfall and Agile delivery environment
· Experience with pharmaceutical or consumer health companies is preferred
