Responsibilities:

• Design and propose scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures that meet project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the implementation adheres to architectural guidelines and best practices.
• Lead and contribute to the development of technical proposals, including understanding customer requirements and preparing compelling documentation and presentations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, assisting in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Utilize your expertise in AWS or GCP to design and implement cloud-based solutions.
• Foster effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture.

Qualifications:

• 10 + years of experience in software engineering, including 5 years in Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong track record of designing and implementing successful software solutions.
• Solid background in Java development and a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
• 3 + years of expertise in AWS or GCP, including experience with cloud services, infrastructure, security, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns and design principles, such as microservices and serverless architectures.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including conducting workshops, and demonstrations, and delivering persuasive pitches to clients, is highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of Distributed Systems and how products such as Kafka, Redis, BigQuery and other distributed systems work behind the scenes.
• Relevant certifications in AWS or GCP are a plus.
