My client is a SaaS provider in supply chain transparency and material traceability for global fashion and apparel brands that empower fashion, food, and retail brands. They are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in India and France. They have more than 8,000 suppliers, 250,000 products, and over $12 billion worth of goods tracked on the platform. Looking for a Solution Architect specializing in Java to join their team.

The ideal candidate for the role would be a person with,
- Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, including object-oriented programming (OOPS) and data structures.
- Knowledge of Java generics and their usage.
- Familiarity with Java streams and their application in functional programming.
- Understanding of how the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) works, including the differences between JDK (Java Development Kit) and JRE (Java Runtime Environment).
- Knowledge of garbage collection mechanisms in Java and their impact on application performance.
- Basic understanding of Maven and its usage as a build automation tool for Java projects.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, including its features and capabilities.
- Understanding of the differences between Spring and Spring Boot and their respective use cases.
- Familiarity with the architecture of Spring MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework.
- Ability to create Spring Boot projects using Spring Initializr and configure dependencies.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot annotations, including class-level annotations like @Service, @Component, @Bean, @Repository, and REST API annotations like @RequestMapping, @GetMapping, @PostMapping, etc.
- Experience in integrating MongoDB with Spring Boot applications and knowledge of how to inject MongoDB dependencies using Maven.
- Ability to work with MongoDB using either MongoTemplate or MongoRepository for performing CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations.
- Understanding of NoSQL databases and familiarity with MongoDB's basic collection concepts.
- Knowledge of the differences between SQL and NoSQL databases and their appropriate use cases.
- Proficiency in MongoDB's basic CRUD operations and familiarity with various query operators.
- Familiarity with Elastic Search and its capabilities for search and analytics purposes.
- Working knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) and its services, particularly those relevant to application deployment and management.
