Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with clients to discuss their specific technical workflow requirements and/or integration needs, conduct discovery and solutioning calls to validate technical fit, gather and document business requirements to better understand a client’s business and scope of work.
- Strategize with the Sales team to create customized solutions for prospects, helping to present compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Partnerships (and third party technical partners) and Engineering on development work to deliver to customers.
- Monitor and manage project allocations, scope, performance of recommended solutions and schedules to ensure they are delivered on-time and on-budget .
- Provide consistent feedback to the entire team on enhancements we can make to product development.
- Support the sales, customer success, partnerships, and other internal teams with all technical related queries from prospects and customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in solutions consulting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Solutions Engineer or related role, preferably in the eCommerce space.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies.
- You have experience speaking to, and solutioning, with APIs and/or SDKs.
- You have the ability to create big-picture software solutions and present ideas and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
