ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervision and responsibility for the proper functioning of the Spa Department, the Spa Secretariat, the Revital Secretariat and the Planning/Planning Office.
• Enhancement of customer relationships, represents in the Spa the key figure for the "Guest Relation" during the stay.
• Coordination and monitoring of the behavioural line of the Spa employees
. • Ensure that the process of booking treatments and care packages is smooth and that customer requests are respected and fulfilled.
• Ensure that communication with the customer is adequate and that the processing times of requests are respected to give an excellent service.
• Ensure that staff maintain a collaborative and constructive spirit in order to preserve the quality of service to the guest and to colleagues in other departments.
• Control and ensure a smooth process in every aspect throughout the Spa area.
• Collaboration for the development of products, treatments and training of secretaries.
• Coordination of availability and rotation of the various operators for the design of a correct schedule based on the needs / requests of the customer.
• Management and authorization of schedule changes during the customer's stay.
• Monthly meeting with department colleagues to evaluate customer feedback, improvement procedures (reception, sales, example of a new hairdresser, etc.) and constructive mutual feedback from the Elisir manager.
• Six-monthly "one-to-one" meetings with department colleagues for feedback on the work and evaluation.
• Monthly meeting with Management to share department and sales performance
MAIN TASKS
• Planning shifts and holidays of the staff of the departments responsible for spa operators/therapists and supervision of the correct distribution of working hours.
• Organization of the customer's arrival – support and advice for the guest.
• Creation of the client's care program respecting their specific requests.
• Explanation of the treatment program and the procedure.
• Management and modification of the customer's care package schedule.
• Control of daily and weekly arrivals.
• Management of correspondence with customers regarding requests and care packages.
• Coordination and supervision of the work of the spa and 5th floor secretaries.
• Supervision and assignment of the cabins for the group present during the week according to the therapists' work plan elaborated.
• Consistent line supervision in cabin set-up and presentation.
• Supervision of the order and cleanliness of the ward.
• Development of new sales products and periodic meetings with suppliers and staff on sales and professional products. Development of new treatments and new care packages.
• Policy of last minute cancellations and cancellations of therapists' hours.
• Support and follow-up in the management of customer requests/complaints.
• Supervision of the correct distribution of work hours and schedules of therapists.
• Control of sales statistics of care packages, treatments and spa products.
• Supervision of projects for the development of the spa and the choice of cosmetic products
• Organization of the various training courses for therapists.
• Supervision of the correct functioning of the procedures of the Segreterie spa.
