Responsibilities:

Certification of imported and exported products, components, valves imported into the territory of the Customs Union;

Certification of foreign production sites in the Russian River and Sea Register, etc;

Organization of remote and direct audits of imported plants (Europe, Asia) together with representatives of certification bodies and major consumers in the territory of the Customs Union, interaction with them to collect the necessary documentation;

Attestation (entering into the register) of approved suppliers of export and import products and components supplied to EU and RF territory for major consumers;

Organization of delivery of test samples for certification, interaction with testing laboratories;

Annual prolongation of certificates (passing of inspection controls) and prolongation of consumer approvals;

Maintaining a register/matrix/list of certificates, annual planning and budgeting;

Completion of tender documentation;

Creation of necessary documentation for quality management system;

Participating in internal company audits.

Basic knowledge:

certification activities on the territory of the Customs Union, the main certification bodies;

rules of certification of industrial products of Russian and imported production on the territory of the Customs Union;

procedures for voluntary and mandatory certification of industrial products on the territory of the Customs Union;

basics of customs accounting, customs procedures, types of brokerage services;

technical knowledge and specifics of production of imported and exported products;

methods of conducting and organizing type tests, certification tests;

specifics of type tests;

basics of putting new products into production.

Candidate Requirements:

Higher technical (preferably, but not necessarily: radioelectronics, power engineering, cable industry, industrial electronics) education;

Relevant experience of 3 or more years in international production companies in the CATEL industry;

Proficiency in English at least at intermediate level!

Conditions:

Official registration under the Labor Code for the period until the end of 2021 in the staff of the agency; further - in the company;
VHI after the trial period;
Compensation rent of the apartment for the entire period of the contract;
Fixed monthly salary, monthly bonuses on the implementation of production plans;
Work schedule: 5/2.
