Responsibilities:
Working according to Recruitment Standards with all steps and deadlines;
compiling a profile and publication of vacancies;
receiving incoming calls and consulting on vacancies, direct candidate search;
conducting telephone, group and individual interviews;
Participation in other projects of HR department.
Requirements:
Higher education (human resource management, psychology);
experience in recruitment at least 2 years;
Knowledge of recruitment and adaptation procedures, popular search sources;
Knowledge of traditional methods of interviewing and modern assessment procedures;
search for candidates via the Internet environment;
organizational skills, good communication skills, responsibility, and initiative;
ability to multi-task;
competent verbal and written communication;
proficient user of MS Office, Excel;
English will be an advantage.
