The main task is to help users of the site in solving any problems related to its work, quickly find a ready-made solution to respond to an appeal. Work in chats and on the phone line.

If you have:

• Any experience working with people from 6 months - it is important to us that you know how to communicate with people, and most importantly - genuinely love them and want to help them.
• Willingness in the near future to work part-time in the office near m.Novocherkasskaya in St. Petersburg.
• At home there is everything you need to work in terms of technical equipment: a PC / laptop with Windows 10, webcam (only for communication with colleagues in training and corporate meetings!), a headset, high-speed internet.
• Willingness to work five days with floating weekends and with different hours of work, where the beginning of the day can be from 8.00 to 14.00, the length of the shift - 9 hours.
