About the Opportunity:
Join the team and:
- Perform a comprehensive range of complex spine surgeries, covering degenerative conditions, deformities, trauma, and tumours.
- Offer minimally invasive techniques whenever possible, prioritising patient comfort and faster recovery.
- Lead pre- and post-operative care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and discuss treatment options, including surgical and non-surgical approaches.
- Perform open and minimally invasive spine surgeries with precision and expertise.
- Manage pre- and post-operative care, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nurses.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and tumour boards for optimal treatment plans.
- Actively engage in continuous learning and stay updated on the latest advancements in spine surgery.
- Contribute to research initiatives, potentially leading to publications and presentations.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to residents and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or equivalent in Neurosurgery or Orthopaedic Surgery with subspecialty training in Spine Surgery from Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume spine surgery practice.
- Proven expertise in performing a wide range of complex spine surgeries with excellent outcomes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
