Requirements:

• Proven track record in specific areas of expertise, e.g., project management, financial analysis, talent management, etc…
• Demonstrated leadership experience in relevant projects
• Willingness to work and relocate in Africa
• Strong commitment to knowledge sharing and capacity building
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
