Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end implementation, migration, and support of Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking solutions
• Work across core banking modules including CASA, term deposits, loans, trade finance, treasury, and payments
• Handle Oracle Banking Payments and ensure seamless integration with FLEXCUBE systems
• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements
• Support Islamic banking implementations including Islamic CASA, financing, and trade finance
• Participate in system design, development lifecycle, and deployment activities
• Perform system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Provide testing support and ensure quality assurance across implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams for successful delivery
• Ensure compliance with banking standards, processes, and best practices

Experience and Qualifications

• 8 to 20 years of experience in core banking with strong exposure to Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar platforms
• Hands on experience with FLEXCUBE modules such as CASA, Core Banking, CL, OBPM, OBCL, and OBBRN
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Banking Payments and FLEXCUBE version upgrades from 12.x to 14.x
• Experience in Islamic banking systems including retail and corporate financing
• Technical expertise in Java and OBMA is an added advantage
• Proven experience in implementation, migration, integration, and testing of banking applications
• Strong understanding of SDLC and system analysis processes
• Ability to interact with banking clients and manage requirements effectively
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in team environments and handle end client interactions
