Job Description:
Designation: Sr. Executive Export
Reports To: Head International Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Position & Functional Goals: This role is required for Export Sales support activities, communications & document preparation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Activities:
- Dealer communications
- Quotations & pricing Approvals
- Tender requirements submissions
- Order Management
- Reports submissions
- Payment follow-ups
Dealer communications
- Preparation of quotation
- PI preparations
- Coordination with planning team for the delivery timelines
- Proof reading and confirmations from dealers on the PI, PO Inco Terms, L /C
- Coordinate with operations team for the Documents preparation like label & packing’s as per customer requirement.
Tender work
- Sample dispatches for tender submissions for Export countries
- Preparation of Documents for Tender submissions
- Tender requirements analysis & tender results analysis
Follow-ups
- Price approval formats to finance
- Payments collections communications
- Follow ups of the LC terms documents submission
- Prior intimation about shipment to customer
- Label acceptance from customer
- Coordinate with Planning, Production & Finance for any customer enquiries
- Follow up with operations team to send all the shipping documents
- Coordinate with regulatory team for the product registrations & Dealer agreements to support them on time
Analytical Reports
- Export Orders tracking and back order Sheet
- Sales data reports
- Sales Report-Monthly and year Export sale report
- Tender tracking
Bank Realization Certificate
- BRC follow-up with Bank and Export Shipment Status
Employee Specification & Key Competencies:
- Import & Export Process Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS-Office and Excel
- Writing skills & understand the dynamics of the customer
- Coordination skills
- Team player
Total Experience: 5 Years Min Related Experience
Professional Qualifications: Any Degree / Diploma in Import & Export management.
