The Lead Architect is a member of the Executive Team and leads a team of Architects

The lead Architect defines the company IT architectural vision and roadmap. She/he is responsible for the governance of the architecture plan, processes, tools and models.

Requirements

• Leadership and Team Management capabilities;
• Strong experience in IT Architecture, and in System Design and Integration;
• Passionate by Technological innovations and best practices in IT Architecture;
• Capacity to translate technical concepts into messages understandable by all levels of Management;
• Good Communication and good capacity to deal with different types of stakeholders;
• Experience in dealing with external services suppliers (Applications and Infrastructure);
• Bilingual (FR/NL) with good knowledge of English
