Our client, a fast growing Belgian Software company, is looking for a strong PROJECT MANAGER - TEAM LEADER

As the leading provider of CRM and Digital Marketing solutions in Europe, our client is now looking for a seasoned Project Manager both analytical as well as a team leader to be in charge of one of their talented project teams in Brussels!

Mission

• Team leader (people manager) of a small team (up to 8 different ICT delivery roles and level of seniority)
• Commitment in delivering projects by endorsing the role of Project Manager for his/her own projects
• Respect of scope, budget and timelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction for the delivery
• Setting up the optimal composition of the team
• Ensure that his/her project managers invoice the projects according to the progress and the contract with the customers
• Ensures top-down, bottom-up communication and escalations

Requirements

Profile

A successful candidate needs to meet the following requirements:

• 5 years or plus in team management and project management/analysis or relevant experience
• Analytical - Stress resistant - Organized
• Leadership
• Customer centric
• Native Dutch speaker with a good command and English

• Consulting background
• French speaking
