My client, a 100-yr old multinational FMCG organization, is headquartered in the US and has a global presence across more than 150 countries. They have established their GIC in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai and are hirirng for Sterling Integration specialists to join their team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of B2B integration processes, data maps, and business processes using IBM Sterling Integrator's suite of tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new trading partners, establish communication protocols, and maintain existing partner relationships.
• Candidates with expertise in Application Support and Operations Analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience working with IBM Sterling Integrator, including design, development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in mapping EDI data formats using IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Strong understanding of B2B integration concepts and protocols such as AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTP, and HTTPS.
• Solid experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues and errors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
